After information reaches us it is stored on a secure server that resides behind a firewall that is designed to block access from outside the Company. Policies

All guests in the room must be 18 years or older unless the parent/legal guardian is staying in the same room. Guests are required to confirm their identity by providing their valid government-issued photo identification.

Check-in begins at 3 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM.

We are a smoke-free hotel. We do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing the liquid nicotine, or cigars in our facility. Penalties will apply.

The displayed rate reflects discounts on promotional bookings. Cancellation Policy is three (3) days prior to the arrival day by 2:00 PM EST, unless noted on your reservation as non-refundable. No-shows and cancellations are charged the first night plus tax penalty if you booked directly with us (100% of the total stay amount if you booked via a third party). If your reservation is noted as non-refundable, 100% of the total stay amount plus tax will be charged.

We require a $100 per night ($500 maximum per stay) incidentals hold to be placed on your credit card at check-in. The hold is not a charge and is released upon a successful room inspection within 24 hours of your check-out date. Your bank will determine how soon the hold is removed from your pending transactions (typically 3-7 business days with credit cards and 2-4 weeks with debit cards). You will not see a refund, instead, the initial hold will stop showing. It is your responsibility to be aware of how your bank handles all of your transactions, including pre-authorizations. We are unable to remove pre-authorizations directly through our hotel.

We do require a major credit card for stay and may accept a debit card. We will not accept prepaid cards, CashApp cards, Chime, or similar cards. Cash may be accepted to pay the remaining balance for your stay but cannot be used for the incidentals hold.

The credit card you provided to secure your reservation will be charged for the first night plus tax upon booking (if you booked a non-refundable rate, the total amount will be charged). If the amount is declined, your reservation will be canceled and room, rate, and room type are not guaranteed. Upon arrival, full payment for your stay is processed plus the $100 per night ($500 maximum per stay) authorization for incidentals.

The credit card used for booking must be the same credit card presented for payment at check-in. A credit card holder and ID must also be present.

Holiday and special events may require a non-refundable prepayment up to 30 days prior to arrival. No early departures are allowed. Special events include but are not limited to New Years, Boat Show, Winter Music Conference & Ultra, Memorial Day weekend, and Art Basel.

Room occupancy is recommended not to exceed two persons unless booking our suites. Rollaway beds are not provided. Because of the historic nature of our hotels, most of the rooms are smaller than the average room, therefore not conducive to quad occupancy. If you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, you will be asked to rent another guestroom or vacate the hotel.

A mandatory daily resort fee of $25.00 (subject to applicable lodging tax) will be added to the guest room account and includes a variety of amenities and services to lift the guest experience by providing added value to the guest's hotel stay.

We require that all guests abide by 10:00 PM to 9 AM quiet hours.

No visitors after 10:00 PM. Visitors are not allowed to use guest amenities.

Our Housekeeping Staff will honor the “Do Not Disturb” ( “DND”) door hanger once during a twenty-four hour period indicating that the room is occupied.

No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises.

You are liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room, hotel’s premises, or property caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the registered guest's credit card. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason(s) that does not violate Federal or State laws.

Posh South Beach hostel requires guests to have an out-of-state ID or international ID and onward travel papers.

Pet Policy

We love pets so feel free to bring along your dog child! Guests traveling with a pet will be charged an additional $250 deposit at check-in which will be refunded at check-out time as long as no damage is incurred. Pet must be accompanied and leashed at all times. Please contact our staff for weight restrictions for individual hotels.

PARKING

Parking:

Parking in South Beach can be difficult due to the popularity of the area. Most places are within walking distance. For longer trips, some of our guests use ride-sharing apps like Uber or Lyft.

Municipal Parking Garages:

The closest parking garage is located nearby at 200 7th St, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Rates are from $2.00 per hour or a flat rate for overnight parking. You must pay each time you exit. Additional information available here.

Street Parking:

There are metered parking spots along the street with ParkMobile app. Fees vary but usually $4 per hour from 9AM – 3AM daily.


PACKAGES

We will gladly hold our guests’ shipped packages up to 7 days prior to their arrival. Guests will be charged $5.00 plus tax, per package, after the 5th package. Packages over 20 lbs will be subject to a $10.00 plus tax handling fee per package. We suggest that guests purchase package package insurance because we will not be held liable for damaged or lost packages. Guests are responsible for claiming their package(s) at the time of check-in and each time they receive a delivery notification from the carrier.
